Dual bottle impact case?

I imagine this has to have been addressed before, but I haven't seen it.

Right now I'm using a Pelican 1750 which I like, but I do have to remove the bottles on my Impact. 

This is getting tiresome. I'd really rather not use a soft case, but it may be something I'll have to think about.

Anyone have a solution?

If I don’t need the case for going on an airplane I would just look for a hard shell suitcase that it will fit in and cut foam to protect it. For aircraft you will need to do the same but you need a hard case. The aircraft solution can be very costly

Look at the pelican 770 vault case, you can fit the double bottles without taking them apart

Looks like the V770 might be a little short on the width (height of the rifle with scope)

The V730 would be a better for my Imapct set up with scope.

The Plano case arrived today. It is a tank of a case. A little longer that I invisioned. Plenty of depth for the dual bottles, and vertical height to accommodate the scope and bipod.

Pros;

I feel like the rifle is super protected.

Lots of room in all directions

Really nice latching.

Solid foam, not the silly you pluck junk.

It has wheels (it's a big case!!)

Price was very competitive

I can buy another sheet or two of foam and fit other rifles to make it multi-purpose.

Cons;

It's heavy! 

It's longer than needed (kind of the price for the vertical height)
