Dry pack refill experiment!!!

Ok guys,
installed this new dry pack refill on December 2024 and just replaced it today…
this New type of dry pack refill comes with this little orange beads that sits at the bottom of the filter tube & suppose to turn green in 3 to 4 months time…
I must admit I m not a daily user of my pcp compressor but usually run every weekend…
took some pictures of replaced dry pack contents and it didn’t look green to me at all even after solid 5 months of staying in That dry pack pro metal tube!!!!

The translucent beads turn green when they are wet, so you are doing good. You can reuse the beads by putting them in the oven and drying them out. I run mine about once a week in climate controlled environment and rarely need to dry them out.
