Not without potential damage. You might be able to mod it to decock but you still have to hold that side lever while giving tension and closing it slowly while pressing and holding down the trigger. You would have to mod it to do it though.
OR are you asking if it has a dry fire capability to do trigger only practice without shooting? No.

Odoyle, dry fire capability for trigger practice was my intent. I couldn't figure out how to do, but it seemed for a competition rifle that there may have been a procedure for athletes to practice dry fire. I guess not. I don't want to modify it. No problem. I like the dry fire lever/feature on the FWB 602, admittedly a SSP but still a competition rifle, albeit now dated. Both of these rifles were used by the local Division 1 rifle team. Live fire of the FWB 300S is just fine.
