Dreamline leaking

Hello all, Just installed the power Plenum on my dream line, and when I tried pumping it would not hold air, tried cocking it ( as suggested by another member) and no go. It is leaking out of the fill port ( not the probe) any suggestions?

Sounds like either fill probe o-ring or dust or debris in your fill port check valve. I would first put some silicone divers grease on the probe o-rings and tap the end of the cylinder then cock and try pumping again. Have you ever pumped the Dreamline with zero pressure before? YO!

Thanks will try, it’s not leaking from the probe but the port itself

And no this would be the 1st time pumping from empty

Along with greasing your O- rings try using a tank to fill or you can try to pumping as fast as you can at the start to give it a quick boost to try to get the check valve to seal. YO!

Give the end of the tube near the fill hole a couple of whacks too to unstuck that check valve. YO!
