My question is the two holes at the valve cup and the valve block what suppose to be ?
The air comes from out of these halls to the threads of the block

Looks like regulator weep holes to me. Don't own a Maverick and qball has the same issue and likely fix it with his eyes closed since he took his apart a lot already.
Likely valve seat or regulator o-rings. Try cleaning and lubing with divers grease first see if that helps and shoot it a lot sometimes they fix themselves.

The two holes are supposed to be there, it seems most likely one of the o-rings on the valve stop is leaking, or it is possible for the 23x2.5 nbr 70 Oring past the threads are leaking too. The first o rings should be 11.91x2.62 NBR70
