Draining the bottle of a Crown & Royale 400?

Just curious, is there a way to drain the bottle of a Royale and Crown without dry firing it empty?

yes, unscrew the bottle adapter of the breechblock and then screw the bottle onto the bottle adapter until it starts hissing. In this way you can slowly decrease the pressure inside the bottle.



Don't forget to degas the regulated chamber before unscrewing the bottle adapter!
