Double Vision (Theoben SLR Longs)

Sisters, not twins.

One is left handed, one is right. One is .177, one is .22. Seperated by less than 20 serial numbers. Probably the first time they have been in the same room since the day they were born. A great pair together.

But how long is LONG? what is the barrel length please.
Here's a picture of a long and a short together. As you can see, the carbine barrel is much shorter.
The standard carbines are great for hunting. Can't get enough of them!

But how long? Is there a tape measure shortage in Rhode Island? :ROFLMAO:

Measure from the breech (where the pellet goes in) to about an inch past the grub screw (set screw) to holds on the silencer/catch.

I have both guns and fin the longer version to be a lot better than the carbine. It's smoother, easier to cock and has a less snappy firing cycle.

Not sure why you don't do your own measurements if you have both rifles.
