I have seen grey tree squirrels eat locust. Never saw them eat a snake though..

It doesn't surprise me. Ground squirrels will eat each other.

I Just hated the flies .....But now I think I going to hate them as his squirrel !!!!

Squirrels are just better looking rats and will eat just about anything. That appears to be a non poisonous garder snake.
