Don't buy the barrel tuner without the shroud if uwant it to be in perfect shape

We look forward to hearing from you and getting your issue resolved. Could you post where you got the tuner as our packaging has separate bags for the tuner and the inserts.

I got this one from PyramydAir. I hope this is a one off issue or limited to a very small batch of products.
