Means I bought .308/357 M18x1 caliber
What does it mean that .22~.357 can be used?
Or I misunderstood what he meant, is it dedicated to 308/357?

Most of the smaller bore airguns use 1/2inch unf threading for the moderator, so at the very least you'd need an adapter to fit your M18 threaded emperor to them.

You can buy an additional 1/2inch unf threaded endcap for the emperor too.

The level of moderation won't be quite as much as if you got the .22 version, but I always buy .25/.30 to put on my .177/.22 since it's more versatile should I get a .25 later and there's less chance of the pellet clipping the insides of the moderator.

The other difference is the bore size is larger. I just bought koi for .177 and it has bore of 0.30 inch. I have alan Z moderator for .177 and bore on it is 0.20. It's quieter, but not that much. I have had problems with pellet clipping with small bore diameters.

FYI. If you have 10m gun with bloop tube end and 20mm dia barrel, you can make a very effective moderator with 10 gauge shotgun hull. Decap and cut off crimp. Push on barrel and tape.
