Tuning Donny Fl 22/25 Help

I have a Donny Fl 22/25 on my fx it will not shot on target, it a little to the right and then a little to left, take it off and site it in shots hole in one 5 time in a roll dead center at 16 yards

When I bought my Donnlfl for my .22 cal, I choose the .30 cal model.

Any signs you are hitting the donny with the pellet?

Just thinking it could be barrel harmonics with the DonnyFL on it. Have you tried a barrel support? I added one on all my rifles as well as carbon fiber sleeves to achieve more rigidity. It's just a thought and it helped me hopefully it can help you as well.

I have a barrel support on it, I have had this going on with my 22 Daystate to, completely different Donny Fl bought guns are shooting around 700 to 750 FPS I have not tried the Fx on high this one was on mediem

Call Donny and explain what's happening. Hopefully he'll know what's going on. He has great customer service and there's no doubt he will remedy the problem.

I was watching this video and this guy shooting a FX with Donny's says you have to tune for the moderator you are using.

Oh I love this gun the Daisy 880.

My adapter came in, it was worth every penny, it cost all most as much as the Daisy

I did not know that it could make that much of a difference. I guess it just show that I need to go shoot some more. Thanks for the post and all the replies.

I would guess that it’s your tune. Sounds like too much air may be exiting the barrel behind the pellet causing turbulence in the moderator?

I also put a Tanto on my Crossman 1077 and it did make quite a difference. I also had one on my Wildfire. The Tanto is a great moderator..... it's small and works well on a variety of smaller (and larger) calibers. I think I bought the adapter on eBay. The Powerline 880 is also a great airgun. I have two in my collection but have not used them much since going to PCP.
