Just spent more than a second or two on why pellets weren’t fitting. .20 don’t work in .177

I can see myself doing that. Tried to put .22 cal pellets in a .25 cal magazine one time! LOL I figured that one out real fast. I hate it when I get pellet tin lids mixed up and put them back on the wrong tin of pellets!

Yup me to. There were a couple of Indian minors out the back and I always keep a few pellets in a stubbie top for emergencies. Wondered why the first two pellets fell through the barrel. I had grabbed the 177’s instead of the 22 cal. Birds had gone by the time I came back with the right pellets.

Been there done that I shot a couple of .20 out of my .22 and got a pretty bad group. ;^) Put the third pellet in with the barrel pointing down a bit and it rolled out onto the floor. It was late I went to bed.

Ha ha! You are definitely not alone, I was shooting groups with my .20 and loaded up a magazine of .177 and was wondering what happened to the accurate rifle! I was wondering if I might have bumped the LDC and was clipping pellets.

I've done the same thing as well with my first PCP a couple years ago XD guy told me it was a .177 said it shot great. I got 10 in groups at 10 ft lol
Soon discovered the model number was that of a .22 haha shot much better after that

Glad I'm not the only one. My pellet pouch color should have clued me in. Green for .20, but I just grabbed and ran to shoot.

Yeah.... sat at my desk a few days ago and deliberately loaded 2 .30 mags for my Vulcan before walking away for a snack and water. Came back, inserted the mag … and pellet load was a no go!! Took me a couple minutes for my brain to reset but then realized I had my .25 Uragan sitting in front of me (same mag, but obviously diff cal.).
The worst (for me) was setting up my .177 FWB800 (single load) and it taking much frustration before realizing the tin I was picking pellets from was .22.(of course I think that was late in the day and there MAY have been beer involved )
