Hi all, basically title says all. I just put mine on and I saw a ~40fps increase, but then I watched a video by air gunners edge and he says that his gun now consumes more air. Is this true? Thanks

At some point the back pressure is going to help close the valve sooner. So if all the air can escape faster it makes sense that you'd use more air but should be gaining FPE/FPS along with the air usage. Or could give you room to lower the HST or reg.... ??

Likely truth ... More volume to fill while still trying to get pressure built up before projectile launches. More volume and better flow = more air consumption.

Okay, that makes sense. Thanks guys. I haven’t really seen much of a decrease in shot count, but that 40fps is helping me out with the slugs.
