Does ATI Repair Nova Liberties?

I apologize for posting again but I am in need of a quick answer.

I just got a response from ATI through email suggesting I send my gun in for a repair -- this confuses me because I thought they did not have a repair department. I may not be going crazy because they stated that I bring my "firearm" back - and I don't think I stated that this was an air rifle (if I did I'll update this). On the other hand, I gave a receipt so if they looked over it they should know that it is an air rifle that is broken. I don't want to pay for shipping costs just so that they replace a screw, I would rather they send it over. Also I don't know what else could be damaged because of the loose knob since it was like this from the day I got it.

ATI was the original importer / seller of the Nova Freedom and Liberty [Before other places re-badged / re-sold them]
so I'm pretty sure that if you contacted them about your Liberty that you bought [through them] they'll know exactly what it is
As far as a repair department - They have to have something, as they've always offered technical help / support. 
They've also done straight swaps [warranties] in the past, as well as sell 'parts', 'parts guns', and 'referb guns'.

Nor do they keep a parts inventory

Returning the gun to them will get it replaced, not repaired.

Now I read over the response more clearly and they said "airgun" (not firearm) and that they have a gunsmith who will repair it, so maybe somethings changed?

hoping someone here can help me, I need to know the width of the Nova Freedom at it's widest point as I am trying to buy a gun case before my gun turns up from the dealer. I know the length is 43.3 inch but can't find the width anywhere

I don’t have calipers but at the widest point it’s about 2.5” on mine.
