Some years ago I heard there were problems with the cartridges leaking. They were also supposed to make a revolver at one point and I was interested in it.... but it just seems to have never gotten off the ground.

It was a piloted dump valve in the shape of a cartridge. Issue is such a small cartridge has low air volume and has issues making power. Expensive to produce and lots of seals to leak or fail. Second the projectile is loaded in the cartridge and fired into a barrel. Lots of room for error causing poor accuracy if it doesn't go in to the lands and grooves perfectly strait. Tolerance has to be exact.
