Looking for slugs that are under 22 grain…and that are .25 cal. If someone here makes them, I’d like to buy them from you.

doubt they could make them that light,
unless they made them mostly hollow.
i have some nielsen 26.8gn,
and they are awfully short already,
to make them lighter they would need to be made shorter,
eventually they would be wider than they are long.

FX hybrid is the lightest slugs right now, they are working on a mostly hollow pellet replacement slug which should be lighter but the wait will be long.

Neilsen has the 26.8 -- it's been out of stock.
AVS has .254 in 5 different configurations at 28.
The hybrids are light as well, but .25 flat only.

There is a weight when ballistics force you to drop a caliber. You now need a .22 and are cutting it close even with that caliber. If they made .20 slugs, 22 grains would probably be a winner.

I have shot Griffin slugs they are well made and accurate. This is the lightest .25 slug I have found.
