I was a Yellow member until it changed to Airgun Warrior and I'm still a member but man there was a world of great information an people on the Old Yellow.

I remember the “Off Topics” thread that had photos of scantily clad women. Seemed to be new photos every day. Not that I ever stopped by to see them

i was there when i was in the hobby around 2008 to 2015 i think, lots of fun and some drama but this place is the same or better.

I lurked at just about every forum since the internet became a thing but never joined one until AGN started, I think. I might have joined GTA first, don't remember. Once I got really active with pcp, I needed the active back and forth of the forums though. Yeah, there were a lot of personalities in the beginning, that's for sure.

Yeah I remember it, and at the time it pushed me away from airgun forums. Now i've become that which bothered me before.... I just try to be nice and constructive with my thoughts. I wanted answers, they taught me how to problem solve which wasn't what I wanted. I just wanted a quick fix. Now I try to teach what I know and not spoon feed too.

Fun Supply was awesome as was the Yellow under Mr. Kitching. Slowly started going to pot after that. Battles between factions over Crosman doo dads ended up with the GTA forum being formed. Lots of drama and such back in those days. At least it was active. Nowadays, it's drier than a popcorn fart in an empty theater.

I can say the same is true for any collection of misfit toys with a touch of the tism like I would argue we all have here. It's a very specific personality type. The same is true with my radio hobby. One day the group fell apart in a really negative way after 17 years.

Oh God yes !!! Love the yellow!!!! Russell Best he was a open book on airguns!! Then the Gentleman from Australia he did the slow motion videos of his pellets hitting targets from long distances....and of who remember Sgt. Johns gun room
....and then the guy from the Philippines who took a lot of guys money but never got a gun. I believe a guy even flew to the Philippines to chase the guy down .....
