Does a springer cut it?

a good springer is fine for about 40 'feet' lol ... a decent underlever might be some middle ground, although i never went there and the same money will get a real permissable pcp .. when its serious, quit wasting time on that glorified red rider spring gun ...

Again. Agree to disagree. I challenge you to a 50 yard shoot out. You choose your gun, I'll choose mine.

Ninety shots ... Shot today with .20 HW98 at 25 yards (75 feet). Let's see you do as well with one or your "real permissible" PCPs. Out doors, three different pellets same zero. We will compare your aggregate groups to mine afterwards. ... Talk is cheap. Should be a cake walk for you with a PCP. Feel free to charge it more than once... heh

Cannot beat a springer at inaccuracy and rough and loud shot cycle, that's for sure.

Tell me about that fifty dollar springer you've been shooting. My spring rifles are probably as accurate as YOUR PCPs ... Note I did not say as accurate as someone else's PCPs. There is a target floating around here called the "Ten Dimes Challenge" It should be really easy for you to shoot that thing with your PCP rifle since it is designed to be shot with a springer... Have a try and post it here.

A couple weeks ago offhand at 35 yards. I was aiming at the neck.

I had my field target rifle right there. It’s a Steyr PCP.

There wasn’t even a moments thought, I grabbed the FWB sport and took him down.

Why do you knot heads trash Springers?

I like Glen Roland’s comment above and would challenge you likewise.

springers take a modicum of Skill to master.

mike

He thought I hit him with a PCP.
