Does a new hpa carbon fiber tank arrive filled to capacity?

Dear friends,

The topic title says it all ... do HPA carbon fiber 4,500 psi tanks (Great White) arrive from across the country filled to capacity? Or must my first task be to visit a scuba or paint ball shop to have it filled? Also, where can I see a video of how to assemble the carrying harness that can be ordered with the tank?

Empty as has been stated and congratulations on the big tank. Off to the scuba or paint ball shop. I would call before you go to see what psi they can fill; scuba shop near me only went to 2000psi while the paint ball shop fills all the way.

Just check so your not caught off guard or disappointed.

I bought my AV 74cuft from Utah airguns recently, and they can be shipped full (well 230bar anyway) UPS ground adult signature required.

I've gotten a few tanks filled when I purchased 'em, but it is not the norm as it's a safety concern. Should probably assume it'll ship empty.

I just received an Air Arms S510 with 3,000 psi in it.

They can be shipped ups ground with air in them, but most just ship empty in case there is damage to valve in shipping. guns are usually shipped with air in tanks.

Usually some air, but expect 25 to 35 percent. Unless you coordinate it and it isn't in conflict with their procedures.

Mis handle an empty tank and you have to replace the tank, mishandle ( drop and break valve, puncture tank, a full tank, boom, death destruction.)

Utah Airguns charges 20.00 for filled and it came with 2.2 BAR on the gage. I was expecting 300 BAR in Air Venturi 98 CU tank.

Yes, filled has to be shipped Ground and Signature required.
