Last note I send HatsanUSA on June 5, 2025 after a dozen send notes and E-mails but a totally negative outcome. I will not buy another air rifle from HatsanUSA ever.
Dear people at HatsanUSA:
I have been patiently waiting for an exchange scope offered by one of your customers reps for the last 9 days and I have not obtained either the scope, a tracking number or a day of when I am getting the promised exchange scope. I also need to send you two Hatsan air rifles that have problems (I got RMA numbers given by your cust rep for both air rifles) but, I am really concern and worried with your services and I have delayed the shipping of the two rifles. I have call your 877 number multiple times during working hours and there is no person to answer the calls. I am very frustrated and dissapointed with your sevices and I will really appreciate if somebody will be kind enough to reach me and help me... The person that has handle all my requests via E-mail name is Kaddel.
