I have this Dreamline compact that I put a bigger bottle on. It's in .22 and I want to put a .25 on it.

So the kit doesnt come with a shroud
...And the shroud in the photo which is on a .22 wouldnt fit?

If you get a complete caliber or barrel kit it comes all complete ready to put in, 2 screws to loosen, slide out old slide in new, tighten 2 set screws and done.
I have the DL Compact in 22 and also 600mm barrel kits in both 22 and 25, they do not have much in the way of noise suppression as you must already know.
But the shrouds are the same size and skinny, it should look exactly like it does in your pic (25 that is) except the 22 cal barrel is 320mm the 25 cal is 395mm if you stay with the compact size. I do not remember ever seeing a 25 compact barrel kit for sale but I have never looked.
