I started out shorting this several times at night last week and a couple during the day. Yesterday I poop several time and the shot some more sighting in the scope. I got done and noticed the rifle was very loud when finished. So I started to take steps with help to figure out the issue.
took it apart and all o rings and seals where good so I put it back together and filled back with air.
did a test with phone and dB meter app beside the rifle muzzle about 8-10 ft and got around 96 dB.
I then shot from 200-100 bar through a chronograph and anything below about 750 or so is very quite. Once you break that and hit 760 about and above it’s like a 22 powder rifle with the crack and echo.
so was shooting about 930 and backed off the happier to shot around 730 but did this when it was at about 150 bar so this is the fluctuation in the numbers
anyone have any ideas what the issue may be all baffles look great as well in barrels
here are a few screenshots of the chrono and the sound test.
also a video that’s 22 seconds long and you can hear the crack. This is the next 2 shots after my last ones on chronic they should be in the 780 range.
