Do all CO2 pistols shoot off their POA?

Most of my CO2 replicas DO shoot "off" a little, It's a little annoying but not too bad, I guess. FWIW, here's a few of the 60 shot targets I've shot with them.

Once I tightened the loose barrel on my SIG p226 it was dead on.
