DIY Kral adjustable hamster in progress redesign

So i posted a hamster design recently for the Kral. Have redesigned so that there is a single point of adjustment, a large single wing nut pressures to 12mm bars onto the hinges locking the hole thing in place. I can now adjust rapidly with the rifle still shouldered, and allows individual angle adjustment at each hinge. I have used a multi plate design, nine layers of steel plate interlock at the hinges, this gives a large surface area of friction at each hinge and so avoids the hinges slipping. When the hamster is fully closed its 38mm, fully open 170mm. The plates are made of steel this gives a weight for the hamster of 520 grams i plan to remake the plates from aluminium and think the weight should then come in at about 380 grams. The hamster needs some further final design work and polishing and finishing. Thanks for reading.

so the only input I have other very nice work is, all the channel ends need to be radiused

the one on the bolt end smaller then the open ones, it would match all of your other efforts in making the rounded lines
