Hey Folks,
Made an interesting discovery today while shooting my .22 cal. HW100 STB while using JSB 18.1 gr. and the rebadged FX 18.1 grain pellet which I believe is made by JSB.
My airgun shoots good while using the JSB 18.1 gr. pellets flying at 885 fps, 5 shot groups cover by a quarter in a left to right 3 to 5 mph breeze, at 57 yards. Today , however for some reason I was getting a lot of flyers .
I decided to try some of the rebadged FX 18.1 JSB pellets. Both the JSB and the Fx pellets are 5.52 mm.
Flyers disappeared! This is off the bench mind you. So I started looking at the pellets themselves. I discovered that the inside of the skirt of pellets are different. Look at the photos and see if you discover the difference and I would like to know your thoughts.
