Difference in Athlon Argos and Helos scopes

Anyone tried the Argos and Helos scopes. How much better is the glass and other functions in the Helos? Thanks, Don

I have the G2 versions of each And I’d have to say that the glass quality is pretty darn close. I actually prefer the Argos because the IR knob is readily accessible if needed and for me the reticle is much easier to see for FT in the dark woods. The Helos is a wonderful scope if only they would used the old G1 reticle. The G2 Helos really taxes my old eyes and requires using the IR thru much of the match. Uj

Thanks for the replies, I ordered the Argos 6_24x50 with the mil reticle. The half mill is a little less busy and I am used to it. Don

I know the turret's on the GEN 2 Argos vs a Gen 1 Argos feel way better.
