Difference Between HatsanTR and HatsanUSA

In HatsanUSA, the chart shows the maximum fps 850 for 135QE .25 cal:

But in Hatsantr, the maximum fps is 750:

Which of these is correct and reliable?

Those number are directly off Kenny Kormandy's chronograph in his youtube review. Hatsan can claim anything they want, but the chrono doesn't lie.
