So I just filled my Avenger right to the red put it in its usual place and something inside popped and emptied the tank. Someone please help.

I don’t remember where the color markings are but if you didn’t exceed 4350psi / 300bar, you didn’t overfill. The pop may have simply been an O-ring giving way. Try pressurizing it and see if you can tell where the air is escaping.

Avenger overfill / burst disc failure
First time PCP owner here. Managed to overfill and now I have a gun that won't hold air. I'm assuming it's a simple fix with a burst disc replacement, but I don't know where to look. Called Air Venturi. I was told it's a 6k PSI disc(or maybe it was 5k - I don't remember), but not how to get a...

The rating should be marked on it but if it’s 6k like the thread gxs linked, it’s nonstandard. The common ratings are 1.8k, 3k, 5k, and 7.5k.

It's a safety device so the only recommendation most would give is to obtain a 6k replacement from the manufacturer.
Meanwhile an alternative is contained in the thread gxs linked above.

Updated... I talked with Stacy at AV (very nice) she sent me to Walmart.com search (hpa burst disc 6k)

I contacted Air Venturi. They are sending me a replacement 6K burst disc under warranty,. I will order a couple more replacements discs online, once I know the right part number. They are a standard size and thread, apparently. I see them for sale on the Walmart website!
I think that my mistake was filling my wood stock Avenger with air to the max 300 Bar in a cold garage and then storing the gun over night in my warmer car.
I also have an Avenge-X Classic. I will check the burst disc pressure required for that gun, also.
These guns are really accurate as well as easy to set up and work on!!
