Nice guns, very heavy (11+lbs) and .22 is likely a better caliber choice over .177 as these are potent rifles. A well know scope destroyer, though the felt recoil of the shooter is quite low the scope takes the full brunt of the sharp stop at the end of the sledge movement. Same powerplant as the 54 with a thumbhole stock, flat finish and large muzzle weight (it is not a silencer).
Thanks, not really a patina, it's how the 56's are made. It's a non reflective/low luster finish I guess to go with the TH moniker which stands for Target Hunter and not thumbhole which many think.
