Hello all

Just installed a Williams peep sight and removed the stock rear sight and wanted to know if there was a way to cover the space where the stock rear sight was. For a cleaner look

I replaced the rear sights with Williams peeps on my hw30 and hw50. On both I just removed the sight assembly (rear notch with leaf spring) and reattached the base and mounting screws.

Use with or without the receptacles. May wanna check locally hardware or computer or Radio Shack to save shipping such a cheap item.

Push pin thumb tacks drawing pin etc trim length then use hot glue gun.

the D48 front sight is a little different in design, but I’ll give your suggestion a try.

That's a great idea. I'm considering a peep sight for one of my HW-95s and was also wondering what I could do about the screw holes after I removed the rear sight.
