DHL Domestic Shipping

has anyone used DHL for domestic shipping while selling on the forum here?

my go to is UPS. but after receiving orders from slovenia, spain, and the netherlands faster than any domestic shipper, i am thinking of switching it up.



my previous DHL experience was with opticsplanet, and those orders take like 2 weeks to get to me, so unsure if their domestic services use different companies etc? really dont understand logistically how they get poop to me so quickly from europe

Now there’s a thought. I had an overseas order utilizing their service and my package came quickly. The DHL driver text and called me to confirm delivery the time and showed up on time.

I've shipped a coupla things both in the US and one to Sweden.

They were a coupla dollars cheaper than the UPS or FedEx. Not a huge difference, but the Sweden shipment was on "me" so I hunted the cheapest shipper, that was DHL. Don't recall the exact amount, but it was enough to go with them over the others.

I don't recall that the domestic shipping was be cheaper too, but don't recall by how much, too long ago.

all signs are pointing to yes, i should try this out.

i am on my 10th or so "final airgun setup", so hope not to be selling much in classifieds soon, but my "final" setups usually last a few months
