@madeintheuk. Thanks for watching. Yes I was surprised the H&N 23gr grouped well at 880s unfortunately I didn't give it a chance at longer ranges as I was aiming to get to the 950 fps where my Impact was shooting extremely well out to 100 yards about a year ago. As of yesterday, I was able to tune it at 963fps with a STD of 1.6fps. I was hoping the groups to be accurate and consistent at 35yards but no luck. I still need to dial it down and see what happens when I get more time. However with the same setting, the JSB redesign 25.4gr was hole in hole at 50 yards. So I know my Impact is working fine currently, but just not with the H&N slugs at the moment. Maybe I need to try some heavier grain or the NSA to see if I would get better result. It is quite frustrating that my Impact hasn't been working perfectly over 6 months now. I used to shoot 1/2-3/4" out to 100 yards with the H&N slug.

Just to do a shout out here. I ordered a couple of the sideshot inserts from Orion The Iguana Hunter and they performed beautifully and the slugs rotating or tipping over issue is now gone. The design and tolerance of his inserts are incredible and well made. I highly recommend anyone who has the issue with slugs in their sideshot magazine to contact him.
