Delta Wolf 🐺

Obviously I am a big Daystate fan shooting their rifles and being sponsored and all. With their new product the Delta Wolf slowly coming out and hopefully being delivered to the US market soon, I have been watching and listening to what end users in the UK are saying about the 12 ft lb models. Some rave reviews, but this guy lays it out there and answers some of the tuff questions. No shooting but interesting thoughts. Have to say I agree with most of what he says.

NOW IF I COULD JUST GET MINE DELIVERED. 😜😎

You probably get bored with the DW then sell it to get another Impact if you are an FX tinker type guy since leaking sure ain't Daystates strong point.

That's what I'm afraid of. My impact shot perfectly the way it was but I had to tinker with it. And I do enjoy tinkering with fx. It seem there is not much to tinker with the DW other than to tell it what speed you want your pellet/slug to go.

Maybe I can at least work on other things like my form and how I shoot...

I will cave in and get one of the Delta Wolfs in the USA when available. I messed up and did not get on a waiting list so I know it will be a long wait.

Hey Daystate. WHy dont you make it so the Delta Wolf's parameters can be adjusted/set/memorized on our mobile devices/tablets and/or laptops. Fidgeting with things on that small screen looks like it will be cumbersome.

Why are you always poopting on fx/impacts? It's getting old, and we get it no need to beat this deceased horse into a pulp.

I’m on the list to get one in .30. Could arrive anytime between next week and 2022. Hopefully sooner than later. I do agree with Odoyle, if you like tinkering, the Daystate might leave you bored. I don’t mind a little, but I prefer to be out their shooting and finding the right pellet or slug. Adjusting the speed and projectile is enough for me. In order to get one, I will need to sell my wife and kids. I’ll break it to them when the gun arrives.

I don't like to tinker and don't expect to.

Except for the price, this is the only air rifle of this style (black rifle) that attracts my interest. I owned a Daystate Air Wolf and loved the electronics. I didn't like the overall length. Except for Steyr, I trust Daystate's quality control and engineering more than any other maker. Admittedly, I have not owned more than 4-5 different brands.
