Delta Wolf

I should have my DW .30 tomorrow. If weather holds I'll punch paper this weekend and get some numbers down.

Setting up the DW shouldn't be as hard as tuning other rifles in the conventional sense. Digitally, the rifle will have many parameters onboard. Adjusting the power for ideal pellet/slug speed looks to be so easy!

What caliber did you purchase yours in, Earl_Hunter?

I got mine in 22 and befor I even shot it the gun was leeking 100 bar every day so I sent it back to aoa and it had 3 damage o rings in it then I shot 5 mags of h&n hunter extreme tried alot of settings and they did not group very good 1 to 3 inch at 25 y , tried the howler slugs and after 10 mags and lots of settings I could I could not get them to group at 25 y so I cleand the barrel it was a little dirty but I did find 2 spots on it with bad rust and it was pitted deep in the barrel bad looks like ithis was something that was done when it was made so I am waiting to here back from daystate about it and waiting for some jsb pellets to come in

I was going to return it but was told I would have to take over a 700 $ loss so I am waiting for jsb ammo to see how it shoots with that and hope for the best

I got the gun in feb but broke my ankle so it sat in the box for 3 months then had to wait a month for it to get repaired so I did not even get to shoot it till 4 months after I bought it
after it got repaired I took the barrel out to clean it befor I shoot it and thats when I seen it

Good luck with Daystate.

The Delta Wolf I got in 2 calibers Nov 2021 did not group well. As in 50 cent size groups at 50 yards. They needed to redesign the air stripper. I believe they did that and that the new model Delta's, and I'm assuming the Alpha, should shoot like a Daystate (very well). But it's 100% true, the Gen 1 Delta was not up to Daystate standards.
