Daystate Delta Wolf, how many sets in advanced mode

Got a new .177 Delta Wolf Performance from AoA 2 weeks ago and the programmer dongle last week. From trying both through the gun interface and with the programming software I am only able to create 8 sets. Am I doing something wrong or is that all you can have.

Considering they promote the ability to change caliber in less than 5 minutes 8 sets seems pretty thin to support a couple of different calibers and having to program from the computer so you can have more sets for a specific caliber seems inconvenient when you consider the price of the gun.

Not sure what you may be doing but I've had as many as 50 in mine. I decided to trim that down as it's a bit cumbersome to scroll through very many. Probably around 20 now. I've not seen an actual number on any paperwork but figured it was a LOT as there are 4 characters with 0-9 and a-z available for labels.

Are you entering them directly in the rifle or adding them in the computer software and downloading them to the rifle?

A huge amount of tunes can be saved. HUGE!!!
Obviously missing something in the process. Just tried playing with the PC software again and figured out how to add sets to the advanced settings. Not what I would call an intuitive program. What I was missing is you have to select a set first before you can use the right click menu to add another. Same right click menu comes up without selecting first making one think it should add another but it just does nothing. Far from a polished program but now that I know the secret handshake I can add more sets to play with tuning and not have to drag my laptop to my range.

Direct from the touch screen ...
My computer program is a factory level one, as far as I know, so likely much different than yours. I can't recall trying to create Sets from it though maybe one could.
How did you get a factory level version???? Would love to know what is different between that and the version they make publicly available.

It was part of the deal when I was testing barrels and rifles for Robert - AoA owner. My Delta is one of the first two that hit the USA. Had the other one briefly but it had a software glitch. Not sure where it went.
I agree about the program ... could be a lot more friendly. They were supposed to have an app for personal devices that would Bluetooth interface with the rifle. The GUI looked quite promising but it's my understanding that the designer died before completion and it's not been advertised or worked on since... Would have made it QUITE interesting ... the Bluetooth resides on the board already.
I've not used the consumer version but I think the difference is that I can edit anything and there is a Test Mode tab and the consumer version is more limited.
