I was able to squeeze in a solid hour of shooting today
I filmed all of it and I'll splice together some video later. Here are my initial findings:
Rifle: Daystate Delta Wolf .25 caliber
Scope: Hawke Frontier 4-20x50 FFP
Rings: Sportsmatch Adjustable
Moderator: Huma Modular
Bipod: Accu-Tac
Targets: Splatterburst
Pellets: JSB 34g MK1 & MK2, JSB 25g, H&N Barracuda Heavy 30g, H&N Barracuda Hunter 28g, Benjamin 28g
Settings: Chose nearest factory programmed weight, then set the desired velocity to 880 FPS and let the chronograph & GCU do the rest. On average it took about 3-5 shots for the GCU to match the velocity I asked for. It was able to "find" the velocity quicker going from light to heavy pellets, than from heavy to light.
Each group is a full magazine dump (10 shots). In order of best grouping: JSB 34g MK1, JSB 25g, H&N Barracuda Hunter 28g, JSB 34g MK2, Benjamin 28g, H&N Barracuda 30g
I'll cull some slugs next, then take the best pellets & slugs out to greater distance.
Cheers
-Michael
