www.castboolot.forums will answer and teach you anything you want about casting slugs. My molds are all Aluminum. Lee....Aersonal..N.O.E...Accurate molds.. I learned everything casting on that forum. Wayne's sticky at the top of the page you linked is the definitive guide to casting airgun pellets and slugs in smaller calibers. It will give you beautiful results and accurate pellets and slugs.

I have Aluminum, brass and steel molds too, some from the 70's. None are warped, all still work but I have cast so many .38's, my steel Lyman single cavity 158gr Elmer mold that it flashes the part line.

I cast over a thick antifatigue mat so if I from it, no harm comes from it.

Casting pays itself back in 10 tins of JSB's.
