So I can't speak from knowledge of owning the gun, however I do have a pretty good knowledge (I think anyway) of how moderators and suppressors are designed. 



Generally speaking larger chambers are put rearward, closer to the barrel, and smaller ones forward (closer to the muzzle). So I would expect you'd first install the long tube section, than a baffle, then one of the short tube sections, then another baffle, then the second short tube section, and so on. 


I hope that helps. :) Also, for what it is worth, this isn't rocket surgery. So long as it all clears, you should be just fine. (do check for concentricity though before taking your next shot)
