I usually just shoot it down. It doesn't take that long and to my knowledge there isn't a tool for them. You can also crack the Guage slightly until it leaks air and go make a sandwich or something while it drains.
I just got done working on a Urban for a friend. Was going to build a degassing rod but figured I would see how many dry fires it would take to empty it. With all the hammer bounce it didn’t take too many shots to empty it.
