If EFT is a competition and not just a fun shoot, then it is not okay to miss every now and then. We are little boys who believe there is competition and a winner at almost everything. LOL I am just poking fun, but I see that shooters are NOT okay missing something!

Jeff, I’ll agree with you there for sure. I think what he meant was the course should be challenging enough that unlike AAFTA, it doesn’t always come down to who’s the best off hand. I for one would like to see who’s the best shooter, NOT who’s the best off hand shooter. How many times have you seen someone in Hunter knock down significantly more than anyone only to lose due to the off hand lanes?

If I were king for a day I’d just eliminate forced positions altogether in EFT. Let’s see who’s the best at bucket and sticks or whichever position they are using. Make it like REAL hunting… At the AZ EFT if we eliminated Forced position the winning scores would still only be about 30/40. I do see that at TFT people have come close to clearing the course, so I also see the not ok with missing. If you shoot at AZ you’re going to miss. I don’t care how good you are…
