Dealers please answer email and or voice mail

Many dealers will do just that and many others won't. It's frustrating if you have a question or issue with a air rifle and you just need some input from the dealer and you have left messages and have never had a reply. How much time does it take to return a phone call to give some help to customers that have spent their hard earned money buying from them, when there's many to choose from? The thing about common courtesy...it ain't that common..

I submitted a email asking a couple questions about 4 different high grade Target Rifles to a major airgun dealer. I called first but could not connect with a salesman. I never received and answer or a call back. Needless to say I'm spending my nearly $3000 elsewhere. Dealers take note, you know if your customer service is reputable.

I am seem to have less issues with getting my emails answered when I want to buy than when I have an issue.

My problem with the covid issue is that if you are so busy and need more help, there are a lot of people out of work that could use the work, how about hiring some

I have had these issues with lots of types of businesses lately

It’s not about the number of available employees but about the space to put them in while maintaining proper distance between workspaces. Also this is the busiest time of the year added to that you have panic buyers buying airguns for some very wrong reasons That being said I hope this shows why supporting brick n mortar stores is important almost all major internet Airgun stores are doubling as wholesale distribution centers that compete with those stores
