Mine just arrived.. How do you access the battery department? Instructions are not very clear. I cant figure it out.

I don't own one but I did look at the website. It appears that has a built-in rechargeable battery that is probably non-removable.

Oh wow.. Didn't even thin about that. I own Walkers and the batteries are behind the foam inside the "ear" muff. I felt a cavity behind the foam and assumed that's where the batteries go..

I plugged them into USB port and a red light came on.. So I think you are correct. That you sir!!
