Don't feel too bad because closest focus for parallax is 50 yards so they are not best suited for close range airgun work. I had planned to put one on my new Wildcat but opted instead to put it on my New England Arms .223 single shot Coyote gun. It looks pretty funny because with sunshield it is two thirds the length of the entire rifle but it is a much needed replacement for the old 4X fixed scope that was on the gun and the old scope (Bushnell) has found a new home on my .22 ShinSung Career II 707.

I was also going to put it on a coyote gun. Looking at a Marlin xt22vr for my wife to defend the chickens.
