Daystate’s workshop guides offers a comprehensive set of online guides to repair and servicing of current daystate models - but can also be used for home servicing and repair by those with the necessary skills and aptitude. The Daystate Worksop guides are free to access and can be view on the Daystate website https://daystate.com/support/workshop-guides/
The guides are supported with you YouTube videos created in collaboration with the Sub12 Airgunners YouTube channel. This ambitions project is unique in the airgun and firearm community and demonstrates Daystate firm commitment to customer support.

@BRK Excellent!! Will your company being doing this for Brocock/BRK airguns as well? More specifically, will you all do the same for the Brocock Bantam Sniper lines?

What is really needed are intelligible and detailed Brocock/BRK parts lists with the size (numbers/dimensions of o-rings, screws, springs, etc.) written in common English (without strange symbols) where each part is numbered (on the parts list) and that number corresponds to a number with a line pointing to a specific part on the exploded diagrams of each airgun so that owners can purchase the correct size o-rings and replacement parts/components for their respective guns.

You are correct 100%...list all O-rings and their sizes. This type of information on the $3,000+ Alpha and Delta Wolves is very lacking.

if we did this it would be for assemblies, as we are not going to sell a customer one grub screw or one oring because thats all he needs. we cant spend 2 hours selecting 20 tiny parts to make a loss on them because the cost of processing a small order is outside the value of the items and we just do not have time or staff to do this, for example: do we select, pack, invoice, take payment for, and ship an oring that is worth 20pence...how much are you prepaired to pay for that oring £10? you would not be happy with that and nor would we be.

@Daystate The above response leads me to believe that I was not clear or I was misunderstood. What I’m asking is for the size of o-rings, screws, springs, etc to be made clear on the parts lists that correspond to exploded parts diagrams so that customers are not completely dependent upon Daystate/Brocock/BRK to purchase small replacement parts. It makes no sense for the manufacturer, the supplier, or the customer to pay for shipping a small packets of o-rings from the UK to the USA. We have an ample amount of suppliers here. After paying $1000-$2500 for an airgun, it doesn’t make much sense to be beholden to the manufacturer to obtain small parts for maintenance. It’s clear and precise information that is needed on the consumer end in this regard.

I just perused the Delta Wolf info in the link in the OP and was glad to see a list of orings, but disappointed to see that there's no reference to which oring goes where (outside of the diagram showing the oring sizes for the regulator).

Thanks for the replies, what o ring goes where is covered in the video's, but we will move that information to be in the o-ring list when time allows. if anyone out there has the time to help with this it would be a help, otherwise we will do it but later when we have finished with BRK. There is one more daystate workshop guide in production and that is one for AIr Wolf. we get quite a lot of tech questions on that gun so i thought it best to cover it. After that we may do huntsman classic as that more or less would work right back to LR90. For the list of items, the diagrams show numbers, but there is an unpublished index which cross references with the Bill of Materials (the BOM) used to build the rifles. This BOM is too detailed to be used in this roll as it includes every washer and some parts that need specialist factory subassembly, but in time this could be rationalised and then added.

@Daystate Thank you. I look forward to the addition of pertinent parts information to Brocock/BRK and Daystate airguns. I have one Brocock and I have really grown to love shooting and hunting with that rifle. However, I have had to do some maintenance on it and getting information necessary to obtain the correct sized o-rings and seals and such was a rather long and difficult process. So much so that it was a determining factor in why I did not purchase any more Brocock/BRK guns. I am an airgunner who has and will buy multiple guns of the same make and model if I truly enjoy a particular gun.

They show a diagram of all parts numbered. Is there a list of those numbered parts shown on the diagram, so you know exactly what they are and size ECT....?

@Richieg This is precisely what I've been communicating a need for with Daystate and Brocock/BRK exploded diagrams. There is a serious need for a corresponding itemized parts list that has numbers that correspond to the numbers in the appropriate exploded diagram. It would be extremely useful to list them in a spreadsheet styled format. Without a parts list, the exploded diagram alone is pretty useless to owners of these airguns.
