@edosan I wish I understood more than just a little Spanish and I can’t seem to get youtube to translate with English subtitles.

If any YT video has subtitles (in any language) you can set you language ... Requirements: PC / MAC only (no smartphone)
IN YT just go to the wheel / Configuration --- Subtitles --- Auto Translate and then choose your language ...
