Daystate Roso .25 HP

Sometimes my rifle does not fire. safety on then off, then nothing. open lever and close, sometimes nothing. does it time out? or did I load too quick? What is the proper procedure. I will give and example.

Ground hog in yard. Gun had been in safe with safety in shoot position and not loaded.

Put safety to safe, open lever to load pellet, close lever, put safety to shoot position. pull trigger, nothing.

Put safety back to safe postion, put safety back to shoot position, pull trigger, gun fires.

Then it will continue to work every time.

I did not know ( just never gave it a thought) they had to "wake up", certainly a good move on batteries. I remember the first ones ( elect. rigs) having a key to "start" your airgun and havent seen such key holes in pictures lately. I personally did not care for the key idea just because I use airguns for home varmits and cant even find the Truck keys sometimes.

Maybe you need to write up an app for Alexa ( heck I'm not even sure what all that means) "alexa start my rifle"?

Do appreciate the insight.
