Daystate Revere Red Flag...no mags available, worldwide!

So I'm thinking I could really use a Daystate Huntsman Revere in .177. Accurate, nice and light, side lever cocking, and looks great. However... I always like to have a few extra magazines. If I'm hard at work knocking off pinecones from a pine tree it just won't do to stop every 13 shots to reload a mag.

There are none available in the US, none from any dealers in the UK, and Daystate's web site doesn't even list them! (These are the 13 shot new style, which is the only mag a Revere will take) So as much as I'd like to get one, and they are available at several locations, I just can't do it. If anyone knows where some mags are hiding please post it here. Thanks.

You are seeing the fruits of socialism. When governments take control of businesses (such as mandatory Covid-19 restrictions) shortages eventually replace the normally more efficient supply and demand chain. You can see the effects from the grocery store all the way to housing and everything in-between. I feel for you, there are a number of items I need that are "unobtainium" right now.

While not for a Revere, I have been unimpressed with the aftermarket printed magazines I have tried. I hope you can get something that will suffice.

It’s not just the Revere. I think it’s pretty much anything Daystate. I’ve looked all over for Red Wolf/Pulsar magazines - nobody has them. I’ve ordered 2 mags from Darko (Carm) but the USPS has been holding them hostage in Memphis since 2/3/2021. I’m beginning to think I’ll never see them. I think something is going wrong at Daystate or with whoever builds their magazines. They come out with new magazines and now you can’t find old or new magazines. And, they have an 11 shot magazine and electronics on the rifle that is locked into a 10 shot magazine. (I know some Pulsars let you choose which magazine size but my new Red Wolf doesn’t have that feature.) Who thought that was a good idea.

Sorry for the Daystate rant but there really should be magazines available.

There are shortages of everything, all over the world, right now. For the most part, we all only see how things are happening in our state or area. But work with anything that requires parts or materials from states or other countries where things are more shut down and we start to feel it. I do structural load analysis for a company that supplies engineered wood products. There is a product called LSL that we can not use in designs right now because the manufacturer can not get the glue used in the production. I doubt it's Daystate's fault. It's in their best interest to have all the products in place for them to sell their guns - especially a relatively new line. They would not have lasted this long if they operated otherwise. Most likely, they are having supply shortages themselves and can only get enough to match with the rifles they can sell. Then there are government mandated restrictions on who works and how - with Great Brittan probably being more restrictive then the US. Add an uptick in sales because people are spending more time in outdoor type activities due to "social distancing", and shortages are going to occur.
