Looking to put together a field target setup. Appreciate any opinions on these two guns and their accuracy. Both are in the same price range.

JUst check that it works with your gun. it does NOT work with the revere safari...ask me how i know?Huntsman in .177 all day long - get a Rowan Engineering flip out loader
the safari one is just a bit cheaper as well. that sale is what got my wife one for mother's day!I’ll give my vote on the Huntsman as well. Just in case you needed another opinion.
And one more thing to push you over the edge
I also own both and would agree that while the trigger on the Daystate is very nice, the HW100 is better. Magazine capacity(14 vs. 11) as well as simplicity also favor the HW100. The HW100 is a tad heavier. You'll make a wise decision and should have no regrets whichever you choose.I own both rifles, they are both excellent, but I would choose the HW100. It has a better trigger, both the trigger and the rifle are more owner friendly for tuning, I like the adjustable stock comb, and the barrel is easily removeable if desired for cleaning. Also, the Weihrauch magazine system is one of the best, so there is no need for single shot loading. On average, both are more than adequately accurate for FT, so it's mostly a matter of personal preference.
My biggest complaint with the revere is the heavy trigger; you can't adjust the pull weight, just the sear engagement. I actually prefer the trigger on my marauder f&t.I own both rifles, they are both excellent, but I would choose the HW100. edit: the automatic flip out version. there's a manual flick version that should work fine.
I’ll bet you wouldI'll trade someone for my Panthera Compact Hunter 177 for their Huntsman Revere Safari.![]()
