Daystate Revere .22 and Safari .22 HP - Pellet testing at 50 yards

Brought the Revere and Redwolf Safari to the local outdoor range this morning to do some group/accuracy testing at 50 yards. It was 30 degrees when I started and probably 44 degrees when I ended. Great weather conditions for what I was trying to do today. Wind was light, almost none. Zero - 1 mph on the kestrel at the bench.

I set my targets up at 50 yards ( lazr'd with range finder ) and wanted to see how the Revere shot the JSB 15.89 and JSB 18.1 pellets with good conditions. I was a bit shocked at how well the 15.89 pellet did vs. the 18.1. From prior FX Radar Chronos, it shoots the 18g approximately at 845 FPS average and the 15.89 at 880 FPS average.

The 15.89 with the Revere shot an average group size of .436" CTC - (30 shots, six 5-shot groups )
The 18.1 with the Revere shot an average group size of .882" CTC - (35 shots, seven 5-shot groups)

Just for curiosity I wanted to see how the Daystate Redwolf Safari .22 HP did today at 50 yards. I knew that the Revere shot very well at 50 and it was going to be tight.

The Safari with the JSB 25.39 Redesign ( FX branded ) pellets shot a .513" CTC average - ( 30 shots, six 5-shot groups )
