This is my beautiful Redwolf prepped by SPAW. Ken, I can’t say enough about him. He is an amazing person to deal with and I would not hesitate to buy from him again, in fact I’ll buy high end guns from him exclusively from now on. So everyone should check him out for sure! I have the .22 HP version, 25gr pellets fly at 924 FPS average for 50-60 shots per fill. I have a LR10 bipod, Athlon 6-24x50 FFP scope, and sports match high rings. I don’t shoot groups, but this gun deserves it. I mainly shoot steel plates I have set at various ranges. The middle of the target is me warming up and getting an exact zero. The three pellets you see are 5 shot groups next to each. These groups were 30 yards. This gun is super accurate, I’ll push it out farther another day.. but I doubt they’ll open up much past 70 yards. Ken shot MOA groups at 100 yards with my rifle during his process of prepping and tuning on a rainy windy day. Can’t ask for much more than that. This is the ultimate airgun for me.

Hope you all enjoyed the read,

Matt

Looking good. Mine arrives from Ken tomorrow. I can’t wait!

Seeing your pics reminded me that I forgot to pick up some dovetail rings. All my rings are high end pic rail rings, so I won’t be prepared to mount my scope!! I need to get on that order!

Ken has been amazing. I will happily order from him again.

You’re going to love this rifle, it’s so accurate. Kind of long, but it’s worth the extra length. I feel your pain! I had to order rings as well. I can’t use my nice Steiner rings I have on this rifle, and a decent adapter would make them too high.

I am amazed at how far back you have that scope mounted! do you get a good sight picture with no stress on your neck muscles? not to teach anyone to such eggs but you do realise that the correct position is the toe level with the ocular lens on a standard length of pull stock? lovely gun by the way.

I’ve shot like this for over 10 years, it’s been working for me having my optics that way. Thanks for the tip though, maybe next scope I’ll mix it up.

Maybe to avoid shortening the stock ??? Length of pull is long on these guns. I took the stock recoil pad off and put the thinnest one I could find on my gun to avoid moving the scope back .

Is it? I have 5 RW and have not found the LOP to be any different to any other gun I own. Unless it is down to the kind of optics people are using, having a more critical eye relief?
